What You’ll Do
- Create Engaging Experiences: Help plan and lead activities, games, social events, and programs residents look forward to.
- Encourage Participation: Get residents involved, learn their interests, and create meaningful moments throughout the day.
- Support Events & Outings: Assist with community celebrations, special events, and resident outings.
- Build Connections: Develop positive relationships with residents, families, team members, and community organizations.
- Keep Spaces Ready: Help maintain activity areas, supplies, and equipment so programs run smoothly.
- Provide Safe Transportation: Drive residents to appointments, activities, and outings as needed.
- Experience in assisted living or senior care is a plus.
- Friendly, energetic, and comfortable engaging with residents.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record with the ability to learn to drive a passenger van.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
- Must be at least 21 years old.
