What You’ll Do:
As a Life Enrichment Assistant, you’ll play a hands-on role in improving the lives of our residents by:
- Planning, executing, and promoting engaging community activities and events tailored to resident interests, talents, and hobbies.
- Creating and developing activity plans, schedules, and promotional materials.
- Meeting with prospective families or residents, coordinating move-ins and facilitating new resident orientations.
- Assisting with the creation of community newsletters, promotions, and social media posts for company websites
- Building positive relationships with residents, their families, and team members.
