What You’ll Do:
As a Dining Services Director, you will lead our culinary operations and dining experience, directly impacting the lives of our residents and the success of our team by:
- Inspiring the dining services team to provide excellent customer service, leading by example and aligning with our Core Values of Compassion, Respect, Trust, Fun, and Always Learning!
- Creating fresh, high-quality menus for daily meals, catering, and special events. You'll modify menus based on food trends, costs, local tastes, seasonal availability, dietary restrictions, and resident preferences.
- Training and developing dining staff to create stellar experiences for our residents.
- Managing supplies, schedules, equipment, budgets, processes, and procedures that enhance the resident experience, meet state and federal guidelines, and ensure all food safety regulatory requirements are met.
- Building positive relationships with residents, families, associates, and vendors.
