What You'll Do
- Lead, mentor, and support the wellness team while promoting a culture of excellence.
- Oversee resident assessments, admissions, service plans, and ongoing care coordination.
- Ensure residents receive exceptional, person-centered care that promotes independence and quality of life.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, pharmacies, and healthcare providers.
- Supervise medication management and ensure safe medication administration.
- Maintain compliance with state regulations, licensing requirements, and company policies.
- Monitor documentation, resident records, and care plans for accuracy and compliance.
- Respond to resident concerns, emergencies, and changes in condition.
- Identify potential risks and implement proactive care and safety plans.
- Participate in Manager on Duty rotations and provide leadership support as needed.
- Active Nebraska LPN or RN license required.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working with seniors or in long-term care, assisted living, or a related healthcare setting.
- 2 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of medications, treatments, and senior health needs.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable using electronic documentation and computer systems.
