What You'll Do
- Lead and mentor the Wellness Team by providing coaching, support, and clinical guidance.
- Oversee resident assessments, care planning, and ongoing wellness needs.
- Ensure exceptional resident care while maintaining compliance with state regulations and company standards.
- Build strong relationships with residents, physicians, pharmacies, families, and healthcare partners.
- Monitor resident health, identify changes in condition, and implement appropriate clinical interventions.
- Oversee medication management and ensure accurate clinical documentation.
- Participate in resident admissions and assessments to ensure appropriate placement and care.
- Respond to resident emergencies and provide hands-on clinical support when needed.
- Promote a positive, team-focused culture built on accountability, compassion, and respect.
- Serve as Manager on Duty as scheduled, including some evenings and weekends.
What We're Looking For
- Active RN or LPN license in Nebraska.
- Leadership experience in senior living, assisted living, memory care, long-term care, or a related healthcare setting.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Experience with medication management and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent communication, organization, and leadership abilities.
- A compassionate, resident-centered approach to care.
- Comfortable using electronic documentation and healthcare software.
