What You’ll Do
Lead the Wellness Team: Train, mentor, and support team members while promoting accountability, growth, and teamwork.
Oversee Resident Care: Develop and maintain personalized service plans based on resident needs and physician orders.
Build Strong Relationships: Communicate regularly with residents, families, team members, and healthcare providers.
Conduct Assessments: Evaluate prospective and current residents to ensure their care needs can be safely met.
Manage Medications: Oversee medication administration practices and ensure accuracy and compliance.
Maintain Compliance: Keep documentation and resident records accurate and aligned with state regulations.
Provide Hands-On Support: Assist with resident care and respond to emergencies when needed.
Promote Resident Wellness: Support programs that encourage health, safety, independence, and quality of life.
What You’ll Bring
Active License: A current Nebraska RN or LPN license.
Senior Care Experience: At least one year of experience working with seniors.
Leadership Experience: 2 years of management or team leadership experience.
Medication Knowledge: A strong understanding of medications, dosages, and potential side effects.
Strong Skills: Excellent communication, organization, problem-solving, and technology skills.
Resident-Focused Approach: A commitment to dignity, independence, and person-centered care.
Flexibility: Availability to work evenings or weekends and serve as Manager on Duty when needed.
