What You’ll Do
Lead with Heart - Recruit, train, coach, and support a compassionate memory care team.
Deliver Exceptional Care - Ensure residents receive personalized, high-quality support using the Best Friends™ Approach to Alzheimer’s care.
Support Residents and Families - Build trusting relationships and provide guidance, reassurance, and regular communication.
Oversee Care and Compliance - Manage care plans, documentation, safety procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Create Meaningful Connections - Encourage engaging programs, events, and daily experiences that bring residents joy and purpose.
Support Community Operations - Manage departmental budgets, assist with outreach, and keep the memory care neighborhood welcoming, safe, and organized.
Champion Our Culture - Recognize your team, encourage professional growth, and create a workplace where people feel valued.
What You’ll Bring
Required License - An active LPN license in the state of Nebraska.
Leadership Experience - Two or more years of leadership or supervisory experience, preferably in senior living, long-term care, or memory care.
Regulatory Knowledge - An understanding of state licensing requirements, OSHA standards, and safety procedures.
Strong Communication - The ability to connect with residents, families, team members, providers, and community partners.
Sound Decision-Making - Strong problem-solving skills with the confidence to manage multiple priorities.
Technology Skills - Comfort using computers, workplace systems, and social media.
Flexible Leadership - Availability to work evenings or weekends and assist in other areas when needed.
