What You’ll Do
- Prepare fresh, flavorful, and memorable meals that residents look forward to every day.
- Build meaningful connections by learning residents’ preferences and dietary needs.
- Collaborate with dining staff, care teams, and leadership to ensure smooth meal service.
- Showcase your culinary skills during community events, celebrations, and special gatherings.
- Keep the kitchen organized, safe, and clean.
- At least 1 year of hands-on cooking or culinary experience.
- Positive, team-oriented attitude with a passion for serving seniors.
- Strong communication skills to work effectively with residents and colleagues.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Willingness to support kitchen cleanup and maintain a safe workspace.
