What You'll Do
- Safely administer medications according to physician orders and resident care plans.
- Accurately document medication administration and maintain electronic records.
- Observe residents for changes in condition and promptly communicate concerns to the nursing team.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living while promoting dignity and independence.
- Build meaningful relationships with residents, families, and fellow team members.
- Support a safe, welcoming, and positive community environment.
- Current Medication Technician certification or qualifications required by Washington state.
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Compassion, patience, and a genuine desire to serve older adults.
- Basic computer skills for medication documentation.
- Availability to work weekends and holidays as needed.
