What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrator position at Ageless Healthcare?
Seeking an ambitious, determined-focused driven leader with excellent communication skills; Position requires Managing and Supervising Office Staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
Maintain a complete understanding of all applicable Program policies, requirements, and procedures; ensuring to implement office policies and procedures to ensure efficient work flow
Capable of exercising a high degree of independent judgment and initiative in determining the approach to take in situations
Must have knowledge of all Home and Community Based Programs (LTPCS, CCW, Children’s Choice, ROW, Support, NOW, EPSDT, SIL, and Veterans Assistance Homemaker Aide).
Strong skills in Microsoft office and excel, maneuvering through spreadsheets
Knowledge of on completing state audits/complaint surveys, ensuring documents and files are presented in a timely manner, corrective actions, and improvement plans
