Job Overview

We are seeking a Repair & Shipping Coordinator to support a busy technical depot operation in Lanham, MD. This is not a warehouse position. The role focuses on coordinating the billing, processing, packaging, and shipment of customer-owned communication equipment for repair services.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, comfortable working with computer systems, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and customer service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Process customer-owned communication equipment accurately and efficiently.

• Coordinate billing, packaging, and shipping activities for repair services.

• Prepare equipment and documentation for shipment.

• Maintain accurate records and update internal systems.

• Monitor workflow and prioritize tasks based on service-level requirements.

• Communicate equipment status, issues, and resolutions clearly.

• Work closely with internal teams, service groups, and customers.

• Follow established procedures, work instructions, and quality standards.

• Support customer satisfaction through timely and accurate processing.

• Assist with changing workloads and overtime during peak periods when required.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment.

Required Qualifications

• Mid-level experience in coordination, customer service, operations, shipping, billing, or a similar environment.

• Minimum typing speed of 30 WPM.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Experience with billing, packaging, shipping, or order-processing activities.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Ability to follow detailed procedures and work instructions.

• Strong problem-solving and time-management skills.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

• Positive attitude, accountability, and strong work ethic.

• Ability to lift up to 30–35 lbs.

Technical Skills

Experience with any of the following is preferred:

• Microsoft Excel

• Google Workspace / Google Suite

• Oracle

• Salesforce

• Dialpad

• Ability to quickly learn new software and internal systems
