Position Overview
We are seeking experienced Process Maintenance Mechanics to support manufacturing operations by maximizing equipment uptime through preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and system reliability initiatives.
This role supports a 24/7 manufacturing environment and works cross-functionally with Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, Utilities, and Technical Operations teams.
Available Shifts
Front Half Days
Sunday – Wednesday
(Alternating 3-4-3 rotating schedule)
Back Half Days
Wednesday – Saturday
(Alternating 3-4-3 rotating schedule)
Key Responsibilities
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment
• Repair and maintain pumps, valves, centrifuges, autoclaves, washers, tanks, and piping systems
• Troubleshoot mechanical systems and support equipment reliability initiatives
• Perform rebuilds on pumps, valves, bearing assemblies, and mechanical seals
• Read and interpret Piping & Instrumentation Drawings (P&ID)
• Complete work orders and maintenance documentation accurately within CMMS systems
• Support equipment startup, commissioning, and validation activities
• Follow cGMP, SOP, Lockout/Tagout, and safety procedures
• Perform confined space entry and work at elevated heights when required
• Conduct safety inspections on rigging and fall protection equipment
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, and Technical teams
• Assist with spare parts identification and inventory organization
• Train and mentor junior mechanics as needed
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED5–6 years of industrial maintenance experience
- Strong understanding of industrial process systems and equipment
- Experience working in manufacturing, pharmaceutical, biotech, or regulated environments preferred
- Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs with reasonable accommodation
- Valid Driver’s License
- Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills
- Familiarity with CMMS systems and Microsoft Office applications
Preferred Skills
• cGMP manufacturing experience
• Mechanical seal and pump rebuild experience
• Valve maintenance and piping systems knowledge
• Knowledge of Lockout/Tagout procedures
• Experience in biotech, pharmaceutical, or life sciences manufacturing
• Strong safety mindset and team collaboration skills

Salary : $38 - $40
