Sales Assistant Responsibilities:
- Engage face-to-face with residential customers to present AT&T products, plans, and service upgrades clearly and confidently
- Drive wireless sales by understanding customer needs and recommending tailored solutions
- Build strong customer relationships, fostering trust and long-term satisfaction with the AT&T brand and services
- Assist customers with account setup, enrollment, and service activation to ensure a smooth experience
- Track personal performance metrics daily and work toward measurable weekly goals by collaborating with sales managers and other Sales Assistants
- Support weekly territory initiatives, promotional events, and campaign rollouts
- Continuously learn and maintain in-depth product knowledge, staying up-to-date on offers and promotions
- Collaborate with leadership and teammates to refine sales techniques and optimize results
