In this Wireless Team Member Trainee position, you will be the key link between the customer and our services we provide, ensuring their journey is seamless and their connection is stronger.
The Wireless Team Member Trainee is responsible for building the first relationships with our customer base, working with them directly to provide information regarding their wireless solutions, and completing sales on behalf of AT&T. Along with other Wireless Team Member Trainees, you will work with the sales team and customer management to build a cohesive sales message and deliver it through professional, customer-focused communication. This Wireless Team Member Trainee role is built to last, just like the connections we provide.
Wireless Team Member Trainee Responsibilities:
- Initiate conversations with prospective customers building instant rapport and trust to assist them with their wireless needs
- Act as a knowledgeable Wireless Team Member, identifying customer needs and successfully enrolling them in AT&T's premier services
- Manage customer accounts from initial contact, through the sales process, to successful setup, ensuring a smooth and positive experience
- Stay up to speed on all wireless benefits, upgrades and offers
- Address and resolve customer inquiries and concerns with patience and professionalism
- Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions and sales activities using our internal systems
- Participate in team meetings and Wireless Team Member Trainee sessions to continuously improve your sales skills and product knowledge
- Effectively manage your time and territory to maximize your sales performance.
Qualifications of the Wireless Team Member Trainee:
- Prior experience in sales, retail, customer service or related role
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and a genuine desire to help people
- The ability to think on your feet and adapt to different customer personalities and situations
- A strong sense of accountability and a proactive approach to customers
- Resilience and a positive attitude, even when faced with challenges
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
