AT&T Associate Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential customers during in-person meetings in residential areas, representing the AT&T brand with integrity and enthusiasm.
- Skillfully introduce and explain AT&T's wireless services to customers to generate interest and close sales.
- Conduct product demonstrations and effectively communicate value propositions, addressing customer questions and overcoming objections.
- Proactively seek out new sales opportunities by canvassing assigned territories and identifying potential leads.
- Utilize a consultative sales approach to understand customer needs and recommend the best AT&T solutions.
- Maintain a high level of product expertise on all AT&T offerings to provide accurate and compelling information.
- Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets for the AT&T Associate position.
- Ensure all sales are processed accurately and efficiently, maintaining a high standard of compliance.
