Agawam RehabNursing Campus is hiring LPNs for full-time, part-time, and PRN roles across our four-building campus in Agawam, MA. As a Charge Nurse, you will provide direct care and support daily clinical operations in a team-focused environment.
Pay Range
$39.00 - $41.50 per hour
Compensation varies based on experience, schedule, and selected benefits. Includes shift differentials, with higher rates available for certain benefit options.
What You'll Do
Provide direct nursing care to residents
Administer medications and treatments, including IVs
Complete assessments and maintain EHR documentation
Communicate with physicians and care team
Monitor and report changes in resident condition
Qualifications
Active Massachusetts LPN license
Strong communication and teamwork skills
