Agawam North RehabNursing is seeking a full-time Nursing Supervisor (RN/LPN) to join our clinical leadership team in a skilled nursing setting.
This role is ideal for a nurse who enjoys a balance of hands-on patient care oversight and team leadership, with strong support from an experienced Director of Nursing and administrative team.
Position Overview
The Nursing Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily clinical operations on an assigned unit, ensuring high-quality resident care, and supporting the performance and development of nursing staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day patient care delivery within the unit
- Supervise, support, and guide nursing staff (RNs, LPNs, CNAs)
- Collaborate closely with the Director of Nursing on clinical operations
- Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and facility regulations
- Promote a positive, team-oriented care environment
- Assist with care planning, documentation oversight, and clinical quality initiatives
What We're Looking For
- Active Massachusetts RN or LPN license (required)
- Prior experience in skilled nursing or long-term care (required)
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
Compensation
- RN: $106,000 - $110,000 annually
- LPN: $91,000 - $95,000 annually
Compensation is based on experience, role alignment, and overall qualifications.
