• Supervise and engage school-age children during after-school hours
• Help with homework time, games, and enrichment activities
• Lead outdoor play, group games, and structured activities
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment
• Assist with student check-in and check-out
• Encourage positive behavior and teamwork
• Communicate with parents and team members when needed
• Participate in field trips and special activities during summer and school breaks

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1 year experience working with children (childcare, camps, after-school programs, etc.)
• Positive attitude and strong communication skills
• Reliable and able to supervise groups of children
• Ability to stay active and engaged with kids

• 2 years childcare or youth program experience
• CPR / First Aid Certification

• Starting pay $14–$16/hour
• Part-time schedule during the school year
• Full-time hours available during school breaks and summer
