Duties
- Supervise and engage school-age children during after-school hours
- Help with homework time, games, and enrichment activities
- Lead outdoor play, group games, and structured activities
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment
- Assist with student check-in and check-out
- Encourage positive behavior and teamwork
- Communicate with parents and team members when needed
- Participate in field trips and special activities during summer and school breaks
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1 year experience working with children (childcare, camps, after-school programs, etc.)
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills
- Reliable and able to supervise groups of children
- Ability to stay active and engaged with kids
- 2 years childcare or youth program experience
- CPR / First Aid Certification
- Starting pay $14–$16/hour
- Part-time schedule during the school year
- Full-time hours available during school breaks and summer
