- Our off-site School Age Programs are located in 14 elementary schools throughout Southern NH - Auburn, Bedford, Candia, Dunbarton, Hooksett, Manchester, Milford and Weare
- Hours available are between 6:45-8:45am and 2:00-6:00pm, Monday thru Friday
- Flexible and part time schedules are available
- Assistant Group Leaders ($10-14)
- Group Leaders ($15-19)
- Program Administrators ($16-20)
- Site Directors ($17-21)
- Site Coordinators ($18-23)
- Sub/Travelers ($15-21) - depending on qualifications
Duties for each position will vary, but everyone is responsible for:
- Helping maintain a safe environment for children and staff
- Encouraging positive behavior guidance
- Greeting parents and children daily
- Helping to train new staff members as needed
- Attending monthly staff meetings at your program and the NMS main office
- Following the day-to-day staff assignments
- Communicating with the office when needed
- Substitute for staff at another location if needed
Requirements for each position vary:
- Assistant Group Leaders - no experience needed
- Group Leaders and Program Administrators - 600 hours of experience working with children OR 3 college credits in the ECE/EDU field
- Site Directors and Site Coordinators - 1000-2000 hours of experience with 6-12 college credits in ECE/EDU OR an associate's degree or higher in the education or recreational field
- 1-2 years experience working with school age children
- CPR/ First aid certified - we will train if not currently certified
- Free school age child care (if your child attends a school with one of our locations in it)
- Yearly return bonus/pay increase
Salary : $10 - $25
