What You'll Do
- Foster strong relationships with children and families through open communication and active listening
- Ensure the physical and emotional well-being of every child in our care
- Implement engaging, age-appropriate activities and curriculum to promote learning and development
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and training opportunities to enhance our programs
- Adhere to all applicable laws, regulations, and standards in the field of early childhood education
Requirements
- Ability to meet licensing requirements (background check, TB test, etc.)
- At least 1 year of childcare experience and proof of training
- High school diploma or equivalent
- High energy and passion for working with children
- Understanding of child development
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
Nice to Have
- Medication Administration Training (MAT)
- First Aid/CPR certification
- CDA or Associate’s degree or higher
