This role is critical to ensuring operational efficiency by maintaining accurate inventory, coordinating vendor relationships, and supporting both scheduled and emergency maintenance needs.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, organizing, and issuing parts and equipment
- Maintain accurate inventory levels for grain-handling and maintenance components using a web-based inventory control system
- Partner closely with operations teams to support scheduled maintenance and emergency repairs
- Coordinate vendor orders, returns, and warranty claims
- Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized warehouse environment
- Unload trucks and verify shipments for accuracy and quality
- Deliver parts and equipment to jobsites as needed
- Ensure compliance with all safety standards and company policies
- Identify opportunities to improve inventory accuracy and warehouse efficiency
Qualifications
- Experience in warehouse management, parts management, and web-based inventory control systems
- Experience operating forklifts and/or telehandlers
- Knowledge of grain-handling equipment preferred
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, seasonal environment
- CDL (Commercial Driver's License) or ability to obtain a CDL
- High school diploma or equivalent required
