Role Description
We are seeking an experienced Architectural Project Manager for a full-time, on-site role based in Scottsdale, AZ. This role involves leading and managing architectural projects from conceptual design through completion, ensuring quality and compliance. Responsibilities include coordinating project teams, managing submittals, preparing and reviewing construction drawings, and collaborating with clients to meet project requirements.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Architecture and Construction Drawings
- Experience in Project Coordination and managing Submittals
- Desire to lead and train a team
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
- Proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) is preferred
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- State licensure as an Architect is a plus
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
