Role responsibilities
• Work directly with employers to help solve benefits challenges with our plans and services.
• Generate sales with company provided leads, personal networking, referrals and cold calls.
• Conduct engaging sales presentations and enrollments at worksites and remote environment.
• Provide excellent customer service and claims support to new and existing policyholders.
• Attend team meetings, product training and mentor sessions.
Qualifications
• Strong communication, networking and relationship building skills.
• Entrepreneurial mind set and positive “can do” attitude.
• Willingness to obtain a health and life insurance license if not currently licensed.
• Authorized to work in the United States without need of visa sponsorship.
• Must be at least 18 years old and pass a criminal background check.
