We are looking for Customer Service Representatives
We are a woman owned HVAC/ Home Services company looking for people that want to work in a stable, respectful FUN office! You can be a part of a winning team and have a job that pays you!
Do you love talking with people, emailing and texting with clients? Are you comfortable working on a computer all day? YES? This is the perfect position!
Responsibilities:
Helping people, providing service by answering inbound calls, making outbound calls, scheduling appointments, sending emails, text messages and leaving voicemails for clients.
-Hourly pay great weekly and monthly bonuses! Initial hourly rate of $18-$25, (Base pay BIG Commissions DAILY CASH SPIFFS)
-Hours Monday through Sunday (Choose days, Flexible ) 8:30-5:30
-Computer Skills (Google sheets, Google Docs, Email)
- Service Titan CRM knowledge and experience a BIG PLUS - Paid training. -Weekly compensation with FUN daily additional incentives - Must have great communication skills
