Position Overview
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys communicating with customers and working in a fast-paced office environment.
Responsibilities include:
- Answering inbound customer calls
- Making outbound calls
- Scheduling service appointments
- Communicating with customers via phone, email, and text
- Providing excellent customer service and support
What We Offer
- Competitive Pay: $18–$25/hour (base commissions)
- Weekly & Monthly Bonuses- Ranging from $5-$10 an hour monthly!!

Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable working on a computer throughout the day
- Basic computer skills (Google Docs, Sheets, Email)
- ServiceTitan experience is a plus
