What You’ll Do
- Handle inbound customer calls and place outbound calls as needed
- Listen actively, problem‑solve, and provide clear, helpful information
- Accurately document call details using basic computer systems
- Collaborate with a supportive, team‑oriented call center environment

- Ability to work onsite in Chatsworth, CA
- Bilingual English/Spanish required
- Basic computer skills in a Windows environment
- Typing speed of 30–40 WPM
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and reliability
- Consistent attendance and punctuality
