Job Overview: We are seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) Customer Service Representative to
manage communication between clients and our production team. This role is critical in ensuring
accurate order processing, clear communication, and smooth production flow from purchase order
to delivery. This is a fast-paced position that requires strong organization, follow-up, and attention
to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for customer communication (English)
- Communicate daily with production team and staff (Spanish)
- Receive and process purchase orders (POs) accurately
- Track order status and proactively update clients
- Coordinate with internal teams (production, development, materials)
- Ensure all order details are correct (styles, quantities, deadlines)
- Follow up on materials, trims, and production readiness
- Maintain organized records of all orders and communication
- Assist in resolving issues, delays, or production challenges
Qualifications:
- Fluent in English and Spanish (required)
- Previous customer service experience (apparel industry preferred)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to manage multiple orders at once
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-up habits
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
- Experience with tech packs, POs, or factory workflow is a plus
