We are currently seeking a dedicated Per Diem Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for an immediate pediatric case in Netcong, NJ. If you enjoy building meaningful relationships with families and providing exceptional clinical care, we'd love to have you on our team.

Patient Information

• Patient: 4-year-old girl
• Diagnosis: Cerebral Palsy, Seizure Disorder, Tracheostomy/Ventilator (T/V), GJ Tube, Nebulizer, Chest Vest, Cough Assist, and Suction
  
  

Schedule

• Monday, Wednesday & Thursday: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Tuesday & Friday: 7:00 AM – 11:00 PM
  
  

Pay

• $40.00 per hour
  
  

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one skilled nursing care in the client's home
• Monitor the patient's health, comfort, and safety throughout each shift
• Administer medications and treatments according to the physician's plan of care
• Manage tracheostomy/ventilator care, GJ tube feedings, nebulizer treatments, chest vest therapy, cough assist, and suctioning
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Partner with the family and interdisciplinary team to provide outstanding patient care
  
  

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey LPN license
• Preferred: At least 1 year of pediatric experience in home care or acute care
• Current BLS certification
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Valid driver's license preferred
• Physical completed within the past 12 months
• Current PPD or QuantiFERON within the past 12 months (or chest X-ray completed within the past 5 years)
• Proof of MMR immunization within the past 10 years
• Proof of influenza vaccination or an approved medical exemption
