We are currently seeking a dedicated per diem Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a pediatric private duty case in Wanaque, NJ. This is an excellent opportunity for an LPN who enjoys building strong relationships with families and providing high-quality care in a supportive home environment.

Schedule

• Saturday Overnight
• 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM (8-hour shift)
  
  

Pay

• $40.00 per hour
  
  

What You'll Do

• Provide one-on-one skilled nursing care in the client's home
• Monitor the client's health, safety, and overall well-being
• Administer care according to the physician's plan of care
• Accurately document nursing services provided
• Collaborate with the family and clinical team to deliver exceptional care
  
  

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey LPN license
• Preferred: At least 1 year of pediatric experience in home care or acute care
• Current BLS certification
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Valid driver's license preferred
• Physical completed within the past 12 months
• Current PPD or QuantiFERON within the past 12 months (or chest X-ray within the past 5 years)
• Proof of MMR immunization within the past 10 years
• Proof of influenza vaccination or approved medical exemption
