Weekend CNA - Part-Time

We are seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for home care services, working primarily on weekends from 08:00 am to 2:00 pm.

Key Responsibilities Include

• Providing direct patient care, including personal hygiene, bathing, grooming, and assisting with transfers and ambulation.
• Administering basic nursing care and prescribed exercises under supervision.
• Preparing meals per client preferences and dietary needs.
• Offering companionship and engaging in activities tailored to individual interests.
• Performing light housekeeping and maintaining accurate records of care provided.
• Monitoring and reporting changes in the client’s physical or psychosocial condition.
• Adhering to the plan of care, including completing tasks via EVV app and respecting patient confidentiality.
• Ensuring safety by following protocols, including reporting suspected abuse or unsafe environments.
  
  

Qualifications Include

• Current certification with DFS.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Effective communication skills and physical ability to perform tasks like lifting and bending.
• A compassionate attitude toward patient care.
  
  

Skills required: Dependability, adaptability, good communication, physical stamina, and respect for client privacy. The role involves travel within a designated area and physical tasks such as lifting approximately 50 lbs. The position emphasizes teamwork and adherence to care plans, with no guaranteed hours or employment duration.
