Responsibilities include: providing therapy to 7-9 patients daily, primarily in skilled nursing settings with potential to float to inpatient units; following diagnosis protocols such as CVA, TKA, THA, and COPD; maintaining accurate patient records using EMR systems; collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to develop and evaluate treatment plans; participating in orientation and adhering to facility policies; covering designated stations, including weekend shifts.
Qualifications: current California license, BLS certification, inpatient experience preferred, ability to meet credentialing requirements, and strong communication skills.
