Key Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments and interpret diagnostic tests to determine patient needs.
- Develop and adjust personalized treatment programs aligned with patient capabilities and care plans.
- Deliver therapy services across different settings, ensuring effective patient engagement.
- Document evaluations, treatment plans, and progress reports accurately.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
- Participate in program development and supervise clinical interns.
- CCC-SLP from ASHA or active state licensure in practice area.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and assessment skills.
- Ability to work with diverse age groups, from infants to geriatrics.
