- Assessing and providing speech-language services in accordance with IEPs
- Delivering direct and compensatory interventions to help students achieve their goals
- Documenting progress, maintaining records, and participating in IEP meetings
- Collaborating with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Supporting a pediatric caseload across school-based settings, with teletherapy options
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or relevant field (SLP) or Associate's/Bachelor's (SLPA)
- Valid state licensure or credential; ASHA CCCs preferred but not required
- Experience with pediatric or school-based caseloads is highly valued
- Familiarity with IEPs, progress monitoring, and teletherapy
- Strong organizational and communication skills
