Role: Dietary Aide
Responsibilities: Provide table service and assemble/deliver trays to residents; serve food and adaptive wear; interact with residents and staff regarding food preferences; clean and reset tables after meals; prepare and deliver between-meal nourishments; restock supplies; perform cleaning and sanitation duties; set up special events in the Health Center.
Qualifications & Skills: High School Diploma/GED or relevant experience; preferred one year in healthcare food service; ability to communicate effectively in English; attentive to resident needs and dining issues; capable of following sanitation protocols.
Key Duties: Ensure quality food service, maintain cleanliness, support resident satisfaction, and contribute to a respectful and professional environment. Must pass background checks and adhere to community policies.
