Occupational Therapy Team Leader

Role Overview: Lead and support the occupational therapy team, assisting with daily operations, scheduling, training, and communication. Provide direct patient care, assessing physical, mental, and emotional needs to facilitate recovery and celebrate patient progress. Foster a collaborative, compassionate environment to deliver personalized treatment aligned with rehabilitation goals.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Director of Therapy Operations in team management and coordination
• Deliver direct patient care, building strong relationships and understanding individual needs
• Ensure seamless implementation of procedures and treatments
• Support patient recovery and celebrate victories
  
  

Qualifications & Skills

• Current licensure or certification per state regulations
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a therapy program
• At least three years of occupational therapy or leadership experience, including two years of clinical practice
• CPR certification (or obtained within 30 days of hire)
• Preferred: active on Therapy Clinical Ladder or professional certifications
