- Provide direct resident care, including procedures such as catheter care, dressings, and tube management.
- Observe and evaluate residents’ health, mental, and emotional conditions; communicate significant changes.
- Coordinate with physicians, families, and staff, ensuring proper documentation and communication of resident needs.
- Assist with resident admissions, care planning, and ongoing monitoring.
- Graduate of an approved LPN/LVN program and current, in-good-standing licensure.
- Minimum of one year of nursing experience.
- Commitment to professional nursing standards and principles.
