Licensed Practical Nurse

Role Overview: This position involves supporting plasma center operations as a Medical Support Specialist (Plasma Center Nurse).

Key Responsibilities:

• Determine donor eligibility through medical history, physical exams, and lab reviews.
• Manage donor reactions and medical emergencies according to SOPs.
• Refer complex cases to physicians and ensure donor safety.
• Support vaccination programs and manage employee incidents.
• Assist with environmental, health, and safety compliance, including pandemic response.
  
  

Qualifications & Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent, with licensed or certified LPN/LVN in the state.
• Current CPR/AED certification and basic IV therapy training.
• At least two years clinical or hospital experience.
• Knowledge of industry regulations and ability to follow SOPs.
