We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide efficient and effective nursing care in a senior care setting.

Responsibilities Include

  • Ensuring positive clinical outcomes and resident/family satisfaction
  • Operating within the scope of the state Nurse Practice Act
  • Managing resident care and directing nursing staff during assigned shifts
  • Mentoring and educating nursing personnel
  • Collaborating with physicians and healthcare professionals

Qualifications And Skills Required

  • Active, in-good-standing LPN license in the practice state
  • Passion for working with seniors and a flexible, energetic personality
  • Professional appearance and behavior
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Prior experience in LTC/SNF/AL/MC settings is preferred

Key duties focus on delivering high-quality resident care while adhering to regulations, supervising staff, and fostering positive relationships with residents and team members.
