Position Overview: A Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides focused, one-on-one pediatric home health care, working closely with a registered nurse and clinical leadership to deliver consistent and confident care in the child's home.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support pediatric patients with skilled nursing needs
  • Follow clear care plans with RN oversight
  • Maintain safety and adhere to CDC guidelines
  • Utilize PPE and maintain safety protocols

Qualifications & Skills

  • Valid New Jersey LPN or Multistate License
  • Recent physical exam, PPD or Chest X-Ray, and BLS CPR certification
  • Valid driver's license
  • Experience with G-tube, trach, vent preferred or willingness to train
