Role: Behavior Technician, providing evidence-based ABA therapy to children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
Responsibilities: Deliver in-home and community-based ABA therapy, teach communication, social, self-help, and play skills using ABA principles, collect behavior and skill acquisition data, and collaborate with a team of Clinical Directors and BCBAs to create tailored treatment plans.
Qualifications & Skills: High school diploma or equivalent, reliable transportation, tech-savvy with a smartphone or device, willingness to undergo background checks and health screenings, excellent communication skills, energetic personality, and ability to engage actively with children. Bilingualism is a plus.
Key Duties: Maintain professionalism, adhere to training and onboarding requirements, work scheduled hours in the afternoons/evenings, and demonstrate a passion for supporting individuals with ASD. Experience in related fields or coursework in education, psychology, or social services is preferred.
