What are the responsibilities and job description for the Caregiver- 12-14 hour shift position at Affinity HealthCare Solutions?
Affinity Healthcare Solutions is looking for compassionate, reliable caregivers to join our team. This is for a 12-14 hour shift in Prospect Park area of PA. Near Upper Darby.
Currently this is for the supervision of a dementia patient who ambulates. He is very forgetful. He enjoys to go on walks when the weather permits. The family has a cat. Caregivers help our clients with activities of daily living that may include:
1) Light housekeeping,
2) Personal care support that may include bathing and dressing,
3) Meal preparation,
4) Laundry,
5) Transfer support,
6) Usage of devices to help with transfers (e.g. hoyer lifts)
7) Incontinence care
8) Support the guardrails to ensure a safe environment for our clients
All caregivers are required to be EVV compliant (e.g. clock in and out during their shift at the verifiably client site). All employees of Affinity Healthcare Solutions are mandatory reporters and must adhere to all DOH and Affinity Healthcare Solutions' policies.
