Role Description
This is a hybrid role for a Mortgage Loan Processor based in Worthington, OH, in-office. The primary responsibilities include processing loan applications, reviewing financial documentation, coordinating with underwriters, and ensuring compliance with loan guidelines along with other office realted duties. The role requires excellent attention to detail, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to provide timely updates to all parties throughout the loan process.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Mortgage Industry practices, Mortgage Lending, and Loan Processing
- Experience in Underwriting and reviewing loan documentation
- Familiarity with handling various types of Loans and financial products
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Knowledge of federal and state regulatory compliance requirements
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients, underwriters, and third-party vendors
