The ideal candidate brings a strong background in mortgage processing, a proactive mindset, and a history of delivering solutions within the lending industry.If you are a motivated individual with a strong background in mortgage processing, we encourage you to apply for this position.Compensation:$45,000 - $50,000 yearlyResponsibilities:Review loan applications and supporting documentation for completeness and accuracyVerify borrower information, including employment, income, assets, and credit historyPrepare loan files for underwriting reviewCommunicate with borrowers, loan officers, and underwriters to obtain any missing or additional documentationObtain property documentation to process mortgage loan files, including appraisals, inspections, title searches, site surveys, contracts, and property tax recordsCoordinate with title companies, appraisers, and other third parties to ensure the timely completion of loan transactionsEnsure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policiesMaintain accurate records of all loan transactions in the mortgage servicing systemQualifications:Requirements:1 year of previous experience as a Processor in a broker model is required, or2 years of experience working as an Underwriter and/or Client Care SpecialistPrevious experience navigating the UWM portal is preferredPrevious experience managing a pipeline through Salesforce is preferredExcellent communication and customer service skills - MUST be comfortable on the phoneAbout CompanyWe are a group of mortgage experts who specialize in making the home loan experience a memorable one for our valued clients!
