What are the responsibilities and job description for the Business Development Manager position at Affiliated Recruiters Network?
Most sales roles talk about “growth.”
This one actually depends on it.
I’m working with a locally owned restoration services company in Southeast Wisconsin that’s looking to hire a Business Development Manager.
This is a true hunter role.
If you’re someone who:
• Builds relationships with insurance adjusters, property managers, or facility leaders
• Is comfortable getting out in the field and generating your own opportunities
• Doesn’t need a ton of structure to produce results
…this could be worth a look.
You’ll be working directly with the owner, helping grow the commercial side of the business across Racine, Kenosha, and Milwaukee counties.
There’s real upside here (100K ), but it will come from what you build.
This is not a sit-back-and-wait-for-leads type of role.
If that sounds like you—or someone you know - apply today and let's talk through it.
