About the Role
This is a hands-on assembly position in a production environment. You’ll work at assigned stations using hand and power tools to build quality products efficiently and safely. The work is repetitive and physical, typically staying at one station for a half or full shift. Attention to your work matters; you’ll do a basic visual check to make sure each part looks right before it moves on. Responsibilities
- Assemble parts using hand and power tools according to work instructions
- Follow assembly instructions and quality standards at each station
- Conduct routine visual inspections to ensure quality
- Work with teammates to meet daily production goals
- Keep your work area clean and organized
Requirements
- Experience with hand tools, power tools, grinders, or drill presses
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks accurately
- Ability to lift 30 lbs. repeatedly
- Basic understanding of manufacturing safety procedures
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work well with a small team
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior manufacturing or assembly experience
- Mechanical aptitude
- Experience with hand welding or torch work
