Position: Full‑Time
Primary Responsibilities Include
- Providing a concierge level of service - making each encounter with our patients amazing.
- Managing a multi-line phone system.
- Checking patients in/out.
- Collecting payments for services rendered.
- Data entry and scanning documents into the electronic health record.
- Confirming appointments, following up on missed/cancelled appointments to reschedule patients.
- Outstanding telephone etiquette and communication skills.
- Substantial knowledge of general medical terminology. Plastic surgery and Med-Spa terminology a plus!
- Electronic health record experience (Nextech experience a plus)
- Strong computer and organizational skills.
- Ability to work as a team member.
- Well-organized with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Treat patients and co-workers with respect.
- Maintain HIPAA confidentiality at all times.
- Empathetic with patient’s needs and concerns.
