We seek a FULL TIME Medical Assistant who wants to work for excellent compensation and benefits in an established, fast-growing general/aesthetic dermatology practice in Boca Raton.
Travel to our Fort Lauderdale location may be required.

We seek a FULL TIME Medical Assistant who wants to work for excellent compensation and benefits in an established, fast-growing general/aesthetic dermatology practice in Boca Raton.
Travel to our Fort Lauderdale location may be required.
Required Background
- 2 years of MA experience in dermatology REQUIRED!
- Experience maintaining and updating patient’s medical records is required.
- Experience following up with patients/clients regarding treatments, test results, prescription fulfillment and insurance is required.
- Experience with cosmetic dermatology treatments is not required but is preferred.
- Knowledge of common dermatology terms, conditions and treatments.
- Understanding of HIPAA & OSHA regulations.
- Clear, concise communication skills.
- Ability to listen to and gain the confidence of patients.
- Meticulous attention to detail and organization skills.
- Team player with high energy.
- Strong sense of professionalism, courtesy, and respect for customers and team members.
- Knowledge of Nextech (EMR) a plus
- Ability to manage multiple projects and assignments in an organized fashion.
- Standard working hours are 830am-5pm Monday through Friday and 1-2 Saturday clinics per month from 9am-2pm. There are some fluctuations in the schedule.
- Fluent in English, with excellent writing and grammatical skills.
