Role Description:
KP Wellness owns and operates multiple fitness and wellness franchises in the Union and Essex county area. We are in the process of expanding and opening a 4Everyoung Anti-Aging Med Spa in Westfield NJ and are hiring a center manager to facilitate the pre-sale and grand opening process as well as manage and operate the business once open.
The Center Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the center’s operations, including staff management, customer satisfaction, financial performance, and compliance with medical and operational standards. This role requires a combination of leadership, strategic planning, operational expertise, and customer service excellence to ensure the success and profitability of the center.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership and Team Management:
- Hire, onboard, and train team members, ensuring all staff are aligned with company values and goals.
- Conduct regular team meetings and individual performance reviews to provide coaching, feedback, and development plans.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment to promote employee engagement and retention.
Sales and Profitability:
- Monitor and drive key performance indicators (KPIs), including rebooking rates, membership sales, and revenue from aesthetic and wellness services.
- Implement strategies to increase center profitability, including promotions, upselling, and cross-selling.
- Analyze financial performance and adjust operational strategies to meet sales targets.
- Manage inventory levels, ensuring all supplies and products are available and accounted for.
Compliance and Safety:
- Ensure adherence to HIPAA, OSHA, and state-specific medical regulations.
- Maintain accurate records, including patient data, employee certifications, and compliance checklists.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure safety protocols are followed and any issues are promptly resolved.
Customer Experience:
- Oversee the delivery of exceptional customer service to all patients.
- Handle escalated customer complaints and work with the team to implement solutions that improve overall satisfaction.
- Monitor patient feedback and implement improvements based on reviews and surveys.
- Ensuring patients receive their medicines and refills in a timely manner.
Core Skills and Knowledge:
- Strong leadership and people management abilities.
- Expertise in operational planning and execution.
- Knowledge of financial analysis and performance metrics.
- Familiarity with medical and aesthetic services and industry standards.
- Proficiency in scheduling software, inventory management tools, and EMR systems.

Tasks:
- Monitor staff schedules and adjust to meet patient and business needs.
- Track KPIs and prepare performance reports for senior leadership.
- Coordinate staff training and certification renewals.
- Ensure the center adheres to brand standards, including cleanliness, ambiance, and customer experience.
- Lead recruitment efforts in collaboration with franchise support teams.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for corporate support and franchise leadership.
Success in this role is measured by:
- Client retention & rebooking rates.
- Revenue growth (percentage increase month over month).
- Staff performance & engagement metrics. Including Outbound calls, Texts, & Emails
- Membership & treatment plan conversion rates as well as Wellness Membership Retention rates
Required Knowledge and Abilities:
- Understanding of medical compliance and healthcare regulations.
- Ability to manage a multidisciplinary team, including medical and non-medical staff.
- Strong customer service orientation and the ability to resolve conflicts effectively.
- Financial literacy and experience in budget management.
Pay: $60,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
