Position Title: Marketing Coordinator
Location: Zionsville, Indiana (On-Site)
Salary Range: $50k-$60k DOE
Position Summary:
Our company is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to assist the Director of Marketing in executing strategic and tactical marketing initiatives for our restaurants and our Foundation that will impact our footprint throughout the country.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support the Director of Marketing in all aspects of external and internal marketing
- Manage timelines and deliverables for any Marketing and Foundation related projects
- Create and coordinate point of purchase materials and local restaurant marketing needs for all restaurants
- Manage and prepare necessary Marketing Communications for all restaurants and office personnel
- Support the coordination and facilitation of all Foundation events and donations
- Manage restaurant Marketing at the local level to drive results, transactions and sales
- Work in conjunction with Director on Social Media Marketing and Communications
- Provide Marketing Analysis support to help analyze the business on a broader basis and track performance
- Competitive Research and Pricing Evaluation
- Plan and implement local marketing events such as grand openings, celebrity appearances, etc.
- Design, manage and update necessary websites
- Design, manage and track monthly coupons through various platforms
- Act as the support contact for all marketing related questions, comments and concerns
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
- Up to 2 years of marketing, project coordination, or administrative experience preferred by not required
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with design and website management a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and adaptable.
- Ability to travel to Foundation and restaurant events.
